Safety Statement
In the event of foul weather, public safety concerns, pandemic, or for any other reason deemed necessary by timing company, race organizers, public safety officials or anyone else in charge we reserve the right to reschedule the evnt date if possible, cancel the race, or convert this to a virtual race. There will be NO REFUNDS for any reason and race items will not be mailed.
Refund and Transfer statement :
There will be no refunds for any reason. Race items may be claimed at either packet pickup and will not be mailed. Race transfers (either from one race to another or from one person to another) will be permitted through October 1st, 2024. Please send a message if requesting a transfer.

ZOMBIES (Schedule is subject to change)
Zombie please arrive at Mingo Park at 9am the day of the race. Douglas Education Center and Tom Savini's special makeup effects program are doing Zombie makeup near the registration tables. There will be a tent marked for Zombies!!! We will not be providing any costumes/outfits. Just Makeup!
